free 30lbs live rock w/ corals and hermits

I just broke down my 29gal (for an upgrade) and I am not transfering all of the live rock. I estimate that there is 30lbs. There are several corals that I am leaving behind including several mushrooms, orange cap, leathers, zoos and more. I have non-acros eating flatworms so a fresh water rinse is probably necessary. There are maybe 1dozen blue legged hermits as well. I am in the Oviedo area first come first serve. Everything must be taken so don't try and come to pick through corals or rocks. I am trying to move them ASAP so the sooner the better.
