While you are painting - I recommend high gloss white exterior paint on the inside - protects from humidity/spills, makes it easier to see down there, and reflects some fuge light to help grow macro.

Very good idea. I also have some LED strips that will make the inside look great.

Go big Manny! The LEDs will look great inside the stand, especially if it's painted white.

here is one I did in the past, you can see the difference with he white interior.

Looking at other pictures, It seems I did the same inside the canopy.

My stand looks just like Crazyeyes I love it black on the outside and bright clean white inside ..I think you will be happy with the white inside for sure

Those stands look fantastic. I'm happy to see that I'm heading in the right direction with the color combination.
