You must be able to pick this up between 5:20 and 5:45pm tonight, I am moving and will only be home between those times. I am in Campbell, right near the pruneyard.
This has an enclosure and both ballasts in the unit work fine. However you will need to know some basics of wiring to get it working, unless you can find the correct connector that plugs into the back of the unit. I searched and could not find them so I wired it up myself.
