Free Floating Ricordea

What is the best way to get ricordea to adhere to a rock? I have had two ricordia isolated in a drinking glass with a bunch of live rock rubble for over six weeks, and they are still floating freely about.

If they are floating about, then they cannot attach to anything. They need to be still to attach, so place the glass in an area of lower flow, or use mesh to fix them to the rubble so they can attach.
