Bob gave me his gbta when he upgraded to a lee mar. Had him mor than a year but he's on the move and stinging coral. It's been a trooper.

I would like to offer him for free. Meet at the next meeting.

If no one claims, going to put in the raffle.

Now, just need to get it off the rock. Any suggestions.

4" by 4". Split once but the baby hid in the rockwork and never seen again.

Can you catch him while he is on the move? Can you get a finger under his foot and gently work him loose?

It's yours granted I can get it off. Got a week to tear up the tank for it. :)

Ps it moved once in one year and it was 4 inches higher which caused a problem. It's been a model citizen.

maybe if you put something like a strawberry basket over it the conditions around it will change enough it will release and you can swoop it up.

That's a nice Gbta.. I saw similar ones referred to as dolphin village gbta's.. Prob one of the nicest variants of a Gbta in my opinion with the colored tips.. Awesome score for someone.. Looking forward to coming up there the 23rd..gotta make sure my wife Def has it off before I get all excited though lol..

So on a side note how does the raffle work? Buy tickets or bring frags? Or both ;-).. Don't have many wanted frags at the moment though ha ha.. Only the usual suspects..

In regards to the raffle, people will bring frags if they have them. There are always frags. Tickets are $5 or 5 for $20. The money for the raffle goes I to the club fund for buying cool corals.

Guess what!

I had a difficult time getting this gbta off the rock. I chipped the rock and ripped it off. I thought I killed it.

Is that just a piece of it? Or is that whats growing back after the mayhem;). Nems are a trip they are delicate but not really..

I want a red one, but could live with a green one. My last one accidentally hitch-hiked when I sold some common zoa/paly live rock

The one I got from you is still doing well. It is rooted in a hole in my rock work. It comes out when the lights come on and eats well.

Looks like a split by tearing.

If its still in my tank when the next meeting is around, you can have it. I might get sick of the cup in the tank and pay it forward locally here. It's tiny at about the size of a thumb nail.

Great to hear the better half is alive. :) It's very pretty for a green one. It had a white swirl near its mouth before.
