FREE Live Rock/snails/Clownfish

Hey all,

I have (free of charge) some live rock (40#-50#, I think?), probably a couple of hermits and several snails if anyone can use them. I've decided after looking at this horribly pitiful aquarium I really don't have the time to dedicate to it, and rather than just try out and waste the live rock I thought someone might be able to use it.

I also have a very very special false perc I need to find a good home for. Qualifier here though: she's at least TEN years old. I've personally had her for 10 years, and she's going strong, so I REALLY want to find her a good home in a well established aquarium because I've really gotten attached to her after an entire decade. She's about 2.5" long and is completely healthy. She's the only fish in the tank, so I have to find her a good home in a well established aquarium before I give away the live rock and snails/hermits.

I'm in Sweetwater, TN, but can deliver the fish to a good aquarium to Knoxville. The Live Rock/Snails/Crabs I can also deliver in rubbermaid totes or buckets (only ask you buy or pay for the buckets), OR you're welcome to meet me at my house and break down the rocks here to minimize the amount of time outside of water.

Also have a Reef Octopus XP1000SSS protein skimmer, but I'd have a hard time giving it away. Will make a great deal on it htough, less than a year old and working fine.

Any interest let me know. OfALegend@aol.com

Thanks!

Hi Kim, this was originally posted on 12/24/2011 (upper left hand corner of the blue bar on each comment for future reference), so I am pretty sure this is gone now. Let us know if you have questions on setup (skimmers, lights, powerheads, etc), most of us are pretty knowledgeable on said subjects.

I think Mel would be considered the expert in the Cougar department... Hmmm, are there different levels of Cougaress? ;)

I saw that you posted and instantly knew it was going to be some "Mel's a cougar" joke.

Predictable jerk.

Until you're 40, you're considered a puma not a cougar.

Getting closer to Cougar... I'll send you a balloon... ;)

There's nothing more frightening then driving with a live goddamn cougar next to you.
