Free TDS meter

Has anyone else got their meter in yet? What do you think about it? I got mine today and tested it with my one that I have been using and there is a big differance. I actually got two of them and thought let me test the three together. The one that I have been using is a HM digital and I tested some ro water from (publix) with it and got a 21 and I tested the same water with the two new ones and got a 41 with one and a 47 with the other. I have never tested TDS meters against one another. Is this a normal thing for the TDS meters to be that far off?

Well I busted mine out of the package this morning, and when I compared it with our other TDS meter, the numbers were only 1 different.

Mine just came in today also. I have nothing to compare it to, but it's reading my ro/di water at 13ppm and tap at 100 ppm. Is that about right? I was hoping my ro/di would be at 0, but I don't know how much I really trust this thing, LOL

Mine just came in, how accurate is it?? My RO/DI reads 0ppm's and this is reading 9ppms?? Anyone else??

I compared mine with the liquatec TDS meter we got at purely h20 with our ro/di unit. The ro/di reading just depends on how nasty your water is before its filtered and how old the media is. When our unit was brand new, we were getting 14 ppm after filtration with our tap reading at 488 ppm. Man, Deltona has cruddy water lol.

Mine came today also. I have nothing to compare it to though. It shows my tap water at 168, and the water from the machine at Publix at 13 ppm.

Mine is showing 2 for my R/O water and 220 for my tap..wow what a difference. Hope it is right cause that is good for my R/O water!

Man I thought Ormond Beach water was bad! My tap usually reads form the high 200's to the mid 300's.

I need to buy stock in an DI Resin company.
