Free xenia, (pulsing) in SOC...

Guys, before I take it in for very little credit, I have a few pieces of pulsing xenia I'd gladly give to whoever wants to take it. I have a mother colony that has been kicking butt for a long time, and I love xenia, won't ever rid if fully from my tank. But, thought I'd offer it to anyone who wants to come see. I also have a couple leather toadstool frags I may give away. I have one that's really nice, long polyps on it, fragged from the parent that I have in my tank, you can check out. I'd like maybe $15 for it, it's really nice. Have a few red mushrooms too, I'd gladly give away. Just trying to clean out some of the extra stuff in my tank, so if you're interested, just let me know. I'm home the next 3 weeks on vacation, (starting now) so I'll be home most of the time. Just shoot me a PM.

Thank You Soooo much Scott... my girl loves the mushrooms... and really cant wait to see that Leather open up... dont worry, i will take good care of him... just got back to Irvine from Torrance dropping the corals off, the xenia opened up nicely then my Maroon tore a few peddals from it and i had to get it away from her host ASAP damn Maroons :lol:...you got a beautiful house and a BEAUTIFUL tank there man... keep up the awsome work...

Thanks for the kind words Cris. Was great meeting you and your girlfriend. Glad the xenia opened up, keep that clown away from it! Let me know how that leather does. Take care, hope we can hook up again in the future.

Yes Sir... moved the Xenia to the other side of the 100 gal. like pronto... yea we should most def. get together sometime in the future... was fun hangin out... im thinking about setting up an open invitation Deep Sea fishing trip, prolly in about a month or so... if your game, let me know... i will be posting it on RC some time soon, as soon as i get everything worked out, such as port area and where the catch is good... so if ur the fishing type, get that gear ready.... shud be fun...plenty of pics, hopefully more fish tho

Used to go deep sea fishing with my grandfather all the time. He was a fisherman, and actually "invented" the self sealing screw for marine applications back in the day. He passed about 10 years ago. Anyways, haven't fished much since, but if the price is right, I may be interested. Have been wanting to get out for a long time, but the wife doesn't dig boats too much, gets sea sick. I on the other hand, don't! Will keep a look out for the post. Again, good to meet ya, glad I could help you out with a few frags. Serpent was on that rock huh? COOL!
I'm sure you know, but just to be sure, since we didn't discuss.... mushrooms should be in a low flow area. Some say they don't care for strong light, but mine don't seem to mind it at all.
