Freeze Dried Bloodworms?

Are these safe to feed my Firefish? It says on the bottle that they are for freshwater and marine fish, but i just wanted to confirm with you guys.
I don't wanna feed my fish something that might get him sick.

You can feed them to your firefish but they are not full of nutrition so dont make it the main food of your fish.

Bloodworms are a 'natural artificial' food for marine fishes. That it, it is natural, but artificial to marine fishes.

Once in every 21 feedings is no big deal, but I would not recommend any more frequently than that.

Freezedried also floats, so it is difficult to get your fish to notice them.
