Fresh Live Sand

After reading through a lot of these forums, I hear a lot about live sand not being fresh or arriving with mold.

Who should I order from or do you recommend a local shop with fresh sand?

I bought mine from aqua life and they were fine, lots of pods seem to have come out of them
