There are tons of places that will ship you live rock, both cured and uncured.
As for having lots of critters, thats always just gonna be by chance, but there are a few places that stuff like that is more common. I believe Tampa Bay Saltwater is one of the companies that is known for that. AKA TBS.
liveaquaria.com also sells live rock. Just look at the sponsor forum list and go to those websites. Half of them will sell live rock.
yes everybody sells liverock, alot of it has been sitting in a warehouse and is pretty much dead, not to much life. TBS dose have the most life hands down, but i dont want a whole tank of that rock, i still like fiji the best
