freshwater dip treatment

Does anyone have a link to some good info on freshwater dipping fish....

as is, should this be a last resort...

pros, cons....

what it helps with...


I have a blue-spot jawfish that is doing horrible and i don't know what else to try....

I wouldn't dip her, I personally feel it would be too traumatic for the fish. I think your BSJF was stressed. How was the tank inhabitants getting along with the BJF ?

The BSJF was definately way too timmed to be in the tank, i have a 92g BF with about 150lbs of reef, a yellow eye kole and divided leopard wrasse seemed to pick on it for some reason, i guess they gotta eat too though, he definately wasn't getting the nutrition he needed to, i would try spot feeding him but he would just dive into his burrow when i got close so that never worked either

He seems to be in good spirit right now, just hope he realizes there isn't any threat in his new home and begins to recover.

Do you think i should look into any other med besides the para guard, i got it from marinedepot.....it seems like it is suppose to be a kinda cure-all but hey who knows, it could be apple juice for all i know....
