freshwater dip ?

I have a black perc that has fuzzy white spots (about 3 by his face) that I think is ich and I wanted to know how to do a FW dip for him.

FW dip wont rid the fish of ich. While the trophents may drop off your fish will probably still be infected. Ich is only visible during one stage in its life cycle.

If it you decide it is ich, then its recommended you QT all fish and treat with hyposalinity for 6-8 weeks and leave your main display fishless for those 8 weeks

there other ways. copper treatment is one, some wait it out and hope the fish can fight it off, some try cleaner shrimp. Heres some links on ich and treatment

Well on advice from a LFS that deals only in Reef's and Saltwater, they recommended several small feedings per day. Like 5-6 small feedings. The Idea being that if you keep the fish healthy and strong that they will kick Ich themselves. I have NOT had Ich yet in my tank and hope I don't. But I do know of people that have tried this and it worked for them.
