Freshwater Tanks

Are any of the local reefers here also very much into freshwater? Asking because I have a 120g tank with two oscars (7 and 8 years old) that I would consider selling for very cheap if someone was willing to commit to actually taking care of the oscars for the rest of their lives (instead of taking them and getting rid of them for the tank :D ). I've got so many breeding projects here I've got myself behind on even looking at them lately and wonder if their is a local oscar fan that would give them the proper attention.

I'm kind of in the same boat. I've got a 120 that was filled with silverdollars, rainbows, gouramies and such. I am now trying to sell/give them away...I just don't have the room for both tanks.
Good luck in finding a home for your oscars. It's a pain here too.

Ill take it, I cant give you any money for it since I am dirt poor right now but I would be willing to trade you for manual labor if you needed it.

HoopsGuru, Ill say the same for you.

tanks and livestock, ill haul.

dalilgriffith: are you any good at aquascaping? I'd give you some or all of my fresh water fish for some experienced help with that. I'm redoing my 55 gallon to better suit corals. PM me, let me know. Email or post some pics of your tank. I'll try to do the same.
Cheers

I want the fish and tank included. The extent of the aquascaping I have done has been just placing rocks in my new 20g long tank.

The aquascaping in my 55g sucks since its not real aragonite rock, its the cultured stuff. Its nitrate collector is you ask me.
