Saw this little guy today while doing my weekly cleaning... about the size of a dime is he ok or should I remove it?

It depends. It's called an Asterina starfish and can multiply rather quickly and get out of hand. On the other hand if you like them and they aren't bothering your corals (there is one of these that will but are more brown than white) then by all means keep them. If you get too many you can either pull them out and throw them away or get a harlequin shrimp all they eat is starfish.

For now enjoy it. When I had my first tank and they showed up I only pitched the ones that had less than 5 legs, I'm a little OCD :lmao:

Anytime, for now enjoy them. I kinda wish I had a few in my tank. I did get lucky with one hitchhiker though, Stomatella snails Mostly black ones but a few light tan ish color.

Like I said it's a tan ish one that eats corals. The white ones are fine, they just multiply like rabbits
