Lets see how this goes for ya! I'm am looking into controllers and am leaning toward a Reef Angel. Once you get everything set up do you think we could get a few pics of it? Good Luck!

I'd be interested in knowing how user friendly it is, I'm thinking of getting the same controller but am a little apprehensive due to not being all the computer savee.

did not have much time to play with it today, but should get some time tomorrow.
and i'll post some pics too. :)

^ thanks so far so good. have no played around with it much as I have company in town.
but I promise a full write up and review, complete with lots of pics and videos.

in the mean time here is a video on the RA working with the iphone app. not my tank or video. just thought i would share.
cheers

^ Yes I am gonna use it on my DIY LEDs. it has built in dimming ports. i'll be contrilling 4 meanwells ELP 60-48 with it.

waelaase,
thanks i'll keep every one post on the progress. I am super excited about this controller.

Any controllers have a droid app? I notice many have iPhone support.

Nick

yes the RA does have a droid app.
on that note I just found out you have to have a iphone 3GS or newer for the app to work on your device. a read bummer b/c I have 2 3G around the house from a phone down grade to save $$...

Which RA did you get and do you need to get anything added to it to control the (diy) LEDs

It control leads stock and come with 2 pwm ports. I've mine for about 3 weeks now and I'm really pleased with the controller, is easy to set up and make it do whatever you want, it took me about 2 hours to figure it out and modify the coding, but that was my fault because I had old programs with new ones and this was the problem.

When you star using it, download and install everything from the page, and delete all the old thing you've install.
