hi,
new to soft corals and am having trouble w/ mine... here are my parameters
tank; over 3yrs old;

26gal bow front, 2- 13watt 50/50 cf's
maroon clown;
cleaner shrimp
cardnial fish
flame fish
approx 30lbs lr
rear canister filter w/ charcoal
power head

sg; 1024-26
temp 80
nitrate;0
nitrite 0
ph; 8.3
ca; 550
the frog spawn, torch, and brain are all dying, not sure what's going on. I do fairly regular water changes. i'm wonder if my ca is too high, or if the cf's are not providing enough light..... although the tank gets some natural light in addition..
any input would be great... thanks.
chris.

The corals you mentioned are all LPS and not Softies you also need to let us know what your alkalinity is at and yes the Calcium is high and I would retest that you should also be testing for Magnesium and imho your lighting is insufficient also

argh.. you're right.. i posted in the wrong place, sorry, but thanks. i'll work on getting the mg tested...and repost thread in the lps section..
