Frog spawn babies?

Yes those will come out to be little sprouts!
I had a frogspawn with 8 heads and a while back I had some water issue that only 2 left with all the other heads peeled off. But then two weeks later I see those baby sprouts coming out of the "dead" heads and are not coming back to life!
