Frog spawn help

I have a new frag of frogspawn, two heads, it was open for four days and has now been closed for two. It now has a purplish/white slime covering it and you can no longer see the polyps. Is it dying?

75g, lights are 4 bulb 216 watt t5 ho, have two 750 gph koralli, sump is 29 gallon refugium, eshopps 100 protein skimmer, and brs doulbe reactor. Tank has been running for 6 weeks, ph 8, salinity 1.025; alkalinity 9 , calcium 480, temp is 79.4, no3 is at 20 ppm and phospates are at 0.

I did have the frogspawn in a high flow area so I moved it but no change.

I had this happen to a hammer once when I had a Nitrate spike. Took about 3 days before there was nothing left.
