frog spawn Q's

Just got my first LPS a 2 head frog spawn. I trimed the stem they where on and put it in my tank and it did well the first day, second day it was retracted and had slime on it so I moved it to a less flow spot and it opened back up again. I Was told I could split the 2 heads if there was ample stem and they didn't look connected so I did and didn't see any thing "come out" when I did so I don't think I hurt it. I put the 2 heads in 2 differnt little holes on my live rock and now they are extended and seem to be doing well. I have 192W of PC lighting and they are 7 inches from the top of the tank. I am going to start target feeding with cyclopeeze soon. Am I doing this right? First LPS so I just wanna make sure I am not doing any thing wrong.

Looks fine. The tiisue doesn't go TOO far down the stem. if you didn't see any tissue, you're probably fine. My frogpawn always gets ****ed for a couple of days after I frag it.

the stem where I split it was all calcium, no tissue. The frags are fully extended and look to be doing good.

I like it alot...too bad I don't have one. It's my dream car, I'd take it over a porche. The best I can hope for as my frist car would be a quad coupe then slowly add redline style mods to it.

Cool. As you can see from my avatar, I have an SRT-4. Don't see too many Redline/Cobalt SS around here.
