Frogspawn and hammer - Enough flow and light?

Newbie here. Just got a few frags and have them in a 10g QT. I have a sponge filter from my DT and a small powerhead (rated at 180 GPH), and an AI Prime (with the highest color channel intensity at 45%, the rest are around 30%). They seem to look okay, they are extending much more than when I got them, but this is only at 2-3 days so far. Does this look okay or do I need to increase/decrease lighting and/or flow?

Looks good. You wouldn't want anymore than twice the flow they have now at most. Also remember with Euphyllias you want them in moderate light similar to what you have there. So if you have lower places or even darker areas on the sides of your tank they will do well there. In my tank I've got a Chinese LED and it's designed to do a 24"x24" area at the bottom of my tank so this leaves me with 6" of less light on each side of my tank. Makes it easier to place corals that like less light and LPS are my favorite corals.
