frogspawn and LED lighting

I recently retrofitted an old biocube 14 gallon with a nanotuners LED kit-Edison Opto - 6 x 3w LED Modules
the tank has been up for over a month and cycling with inverts and one clown for 2 weeks . I used cured live rock with an additional few small pieces added from my 2.5 year old established 28 gallon JBJ nanocube. I was envisioning this tank to be my softie tank and first moved my frogspawn and torch heads to this tank last Thursday. ( they were bullies in the JBJ, burning all my SPS). Initially they seemed quite happy , fully extending their polyps from the start. Over past 24 hours , they have appeared to regress pulling back into " nighttime mode" even when daylights are on. I see no brown jelly worries.
I have a few small sps frags in tank as well who seem to be happy as well as a toadstool which is fully extended. One clown, lots of small hermits and a few snails.
water temp 79

I have about 700 gallons per hour total running on main pump plus an add on koralia nano pump- nothing directed right at my frogspawn and torch.
I do not believe the LED lighting is more intense than my 150 watt MH tank where these corals came from so I am tempted to think they are just adjusting to change in light intensity so I need to give it some time , however it seems odd to me that they would be OK with the lights for 3-4 days and then start to retract if lack of intensity was the issue.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Ok, so first off, you know torch and frogspan are LPS, right???

Now to the problem. The thing is, the bulb on the nano may be a little older and loosing some of it's par. If the LED's are new, they may be putting out max par, and I'd imagine the corals are closer to the light because of the smaller tank size. So, yea, maybe just needed aclimated to the lights. Get a couple pieces of fiberglass screen and put two layers between the tank and the lights. Run the lights on their regular schedule, and remove one sheet in four days and the other four days after that.

Good luck. HTH

I do know that they are LPS- rather than say "my softie tank" I should have said I wanted to make my original tank all SPS so this new tank will be for my softies like my toadstool and my LPS colonies- sorry
My MH bulb in only 2 months old. The corals are no doubt closer to the light- I will try to lower them down to sand level and consider a screen. There is also intensity control on LED. I can lower that for a few days as well
