Frogspawn fell on green star polyps?

So I added a really nice rock of neon green star polyps yesterday and it seemed to be doing very well until my frogspawn was knocked over and fell on top of it. Now the entire coral closed up and I am wondering if the frogspawn could have stung it or something. I doubt it crushed it because the rock is rather large, and if that was the case I would expect only a portion of it to close. Anyone have any ideas on what may have happened?
