Frogspawn flow?

So I;ve had a frogspawn for a few weeks now. And I just added a Jeabo wp10 to my tank. I want to run it on "else" mode with "speed 1" but it seems too strong. I have it (powerhead) pointed towards the front glass and the coral is in a valley but the flow still seems too strong. The coral is retracting like crazy. Is this just a temp thing and it will sort itself out soon or do I need to change the powerhead settings/coral placement?

Mine took a little while to come back out after I added a new wp10 to the 14 gallon, it now gets a pretty good blast buy it had to warm up to it

Just keep a close eye on it, if it gets too much you will want to move it quickly, you can tell if you start to see skeleton
