So after months of deliberation I've finally decided where I want to place my frogspawn it's calcium base is glued onto the frag plug very awkward almost at a 45degree angle since the coral is splitting I'm fearing it won't face toward the light how would I go about removing the base from the plug and can I glue the base right onto the lr thx for answers

alot of frags i take a small screw driver and pry underneath the coral skeleton, for a hammer u may wanna use a bone cutter though so u dont damage it

Is this a new frag? I've heard to leave new frags on the sandbed till they start to mature then move them where you want them.

Don't worry about the frogspawn facing the light, they split and many branches face outwards.

As for removing it use a flathead screwdriver or sharp cutters and cut just above the base.
