Came into the office this morning around 8 and the heads were all extended f doing "normal" things and everyone looked fine. Walked by the tank and I see this heads shriveled up. It's really retracted with the white milky substance at the mouth.
The other heads that did this died within hours of this happening (less the 4 hours).
This was a 15 head and now down to 10.
The other heads do not have full extension at the moment. It's still early in the AM for them.

I just fragged it and it smells rotten.
Another one down...but why?
