Frogspawn help?

Ever since I added my Sump/Fuge my frogspawn hasn't been looking so good. He was retracted for 3 days...so I moved him into lower flow and the spot he was in got a bit more flow then usual with the newly added sump....

Last night I saw one of the heads mouth is gaping....and looks like it's pushing it's insides out sometimes....(the white in the middle will like buldge out)

Here are some pics....I'm not sure if it just split and I didn't notice or if it's dying and what can I do if it is....I generally don't target fees but I can start...

Tank has been up for roughly 210 days.

Alk 9
Calcium 500
Mag 1550
PH 8.4

Last week I tested nitrates and it was at 2-5 ppm...I will test again but since I just added 20-25g (i mixed water for 6hrs prior to adding and temp was matched) of water I figured that's probably not the issue....I did however switch to a half/half mix of IO and IORC salt

Any advice is greatly appreciated as always...never seen him like this :(

How do your other corals look? Both your Magnesium & Calcium are a bit high, I wonder if this is what's causing the Frogspawn to behave like that. I know it looks a little funky right now but sometimes these episodes will pass given time.

I didn't see you post about your Salinity readings. Maybe the new salt combo threw off the spawn.

Assuming you've had the spawn for over half of that 210 days the tanks been up, a big salinity swing could take a few days to adjust?

Yeah I am dosing magnesium to treat byropsis right now so I am hoping to get yhe Mag even higher....my salinity was 1.026 last time I checked last night.....generally it will swing between 1.024 and 1.026 but it has been getting higher lately due to the Mag dosing...going to try feeding him some LPS Pellets I bought today maybe liven him up a bit....
