Frogspawn melting?

I changed from a 20 gallon running with 130 watts PC to 46 gallon with 265 watts Nova Extreme Pro Fixture T-5 and my frogspawn is still melting. I was wondering if it will continue to melt if I leave it at the same spot. Only one head is melting the others are doing fine so I'm not sure if its due to the lighting.

When you say it's melting, are the tentacles melting away? Is there any brown jelly-like substance on it?

What are your water parameters (salinity, nitrate, ammonia, calc, alk, temp)? What kind of flow is it in, and how near the lights is it?

I would assume it is due to the large increase in intensity of the lighting. You're doubling the wattage, AND they're HO T-5's w/ IR's. I would move the frogspawn to the bottom asap to play it safe.
