Frogspawn or hammer lighting intensity

Quick question, how high can either of these be placed? I have a spot about 6" below my light that I want to place the coral but I don't know if it'll get torched. The tank is about 17" and the light is a ai nano at 45%. I know it's a vague question but just wanted an opinion. Thanks!

I have a hammer higher than some sps, so if you give it time to acclimate you can place them most anywhere. I also have LEDs.

if it is good quality light (good LEDs, t5, mh) they are pretty flexible as long as you give them the proper time to acclimate.

i have some in shadier spots, some in brighter spots. they tend to do quite well.
