Frogspawn question???

I received a small frag of Frogspawn from a local reef person who was getting out of the hobby. When I got home I realized the polyps had detached from the base. From everything I have read I believe this is called polyp bailout and happens when the Frogspawn gets stressed. I put the base in my rockwork anyway in a spot with low flow to see if it can be saved. The next day I saw small clear polyps coming out of the base. My questions are, will this Frogspawn survive and am I doing everything right to save it? Any help is greatly appreciated!

It is possible for it to survive in the right conditions.........will need to rebuild its base. Put it in a area of low flow in a container with sand the only reason I say a container is so it doesnt blow around. The nice thing about LPS is it can rebuild off the old base as well if there is tissue there. This is JMO so if someone more experienced wants to chime in and correct me that is fine.

Unfortunatly it didn't make it. Looked good for a few days then it kinda melted away. Had it in low flow and was hoping for the best.
