What is the best way to get this to regain its color? I had it to close to the top of the tank when I moved it from a smaller tank that had a MH light and into this tank that is T5 but it bleached anyways so I lowered it to midpoint in tank and it is now extending again but not getting coloration back. It has been lowered for 2 weeks now.

Its bright white(clearish) with bright green(florescent colored) tips.

keep on waiting, it will take a while. if its extending normally, then thats a very good sign, try spot feeding it various foods, that will help too.

its going to take awhile to get all its color back, mine bleached from a heater malfunction, and took about a month and a half or so before i noticed it had all its color back

Its gotten more neon color now and one of the big heads is now pretty much two distinct heads as you can see the outline of both and a mouth in each.
