Frogspawn question

Hello, I have just recieved a frogspawn. I just would like to know if they like high med or low flow as well as strong light or low light.

My frogs like medium flow. If they are swaying back and forth they like that. Not hard, flowing in 1 direction all the time they don't like. I only have 150 watt MH and I keep em about halfway up in the tank, they seem to like that just fine.

Keep them away from high flow. As far as lighting goes I have 250W 14K bulbs and mine are close to the top of the tank without any problems. Make sure you add some type of calcium supplement to the tank and you will see them grow.

I have heard they will display bigger but grow slower in lower flow. I increased the flow on mine to two medium surges a minute and it appears to be growing faster (12 inches from a 250w 10K and 2 VHOs). It has nearly completed a split on one of the heads and two more heads have just developed split mouths. It is definitely not coming out as far is it was under the very low flow I had previously kept it in though.
