Frogspawn retracts predictably

I have had a frogspawn now for 3 weeks and it appears to be very healthy. It however starts retracting every night at 7:00 pm and is fully retracted by 8:00pm. It does this so predictably you could set a watch by it. Lights go on at 11:00 am and go off at 10:00 pm. What is setting it's cycle to do this?

Are you doseing anything at that time? Could also be activity in the house.....lights, cooking, more CO2 from everyone being home. Mine retracts when lights go out.

The I'd say it's releasing waste. My frogspwn has retracted for the last year at almost the same time as yours. (7-8pm)
I wouldn't say it's a problem since mine has gone from 2 heads to 8 over this last year.
