Frogspawn, torch, hammer lighting and flow?

I have seen low and high flow recomended and low and high light, what are your opinions on what they need to grow best?

Med flow, Med light :)

Seriously. They like to wave gently in the current, a good amount of movement, but they should be waving back and forth gently, not violently.

They require higher lighting than zoos or mushrooms, but nothing like SPS. MH is too much for them, unless they are low in the tank or shaded. I have mine halfway down the tank under 150W.

Here's my flow config in my 72 bow. Of course the new 120 will be different.

1 Seio 820 in the corner on constantly.

Maxijets 1 x 1200 and 2 x 600 on a Red Sea Wavemaker Pro.

My Frogs and Torches love the flow.

All my hammers and frogspawn are gently moving with med. flow and med. pc lighting. I have 160w of pc over a 30 gal. breeder that's 12in. deep. Their positions range from bottom to top which really isn't much difference. Anyway, what I mean to say is mine seem to like med. flow with med. lighting

I have Hammers, Torch and frogspawn in my tank under dual 250MHs and they are doing great. The hammers are towards the middle and top with med flow and started as a 8 head hammer (my avatar) and has grown to 30 heads on 2 pieces now (I broke it in 2 moving it awhile back).
Torch is on the bottom with med swaying flow and was bought from a store when it was slightly bleached. It colored back up well and has grown 3 more heads.
The Octopus Frogspawn is in the middle with med to slightly high flow. It was another rescue coral that filled back out and has gotten its pink tips all back as well as gotten a bit larger.

Have another nice hammer in a 29 under 4 VHOs and they are doing fine also

I guess you just need to see what suits it best in your tank and then leave it there to grow :)
