Frogspawn, Torch, or Hammer

I wanted to get atleast 2 of them, if not all three, depends on what i think will fit, but my question is, i have a PC setup with one twin tube 96 W 10000k bulb and one twin tube blue actinic 96w bulb. I was wondering if they def had to at the bottom, i dont have the room on my substrate except for one corner that i was saving for an open brain.

yea......sorry. Im at work, meant to put that stuff in there, rushed the post. Its a 30gal. 18"h. Lights are about 3 inches above the water.

Yea i think they will to. But can i put them on my rock like in the middle of the water column?
