Hi,
I currently have a 24" coralife aqualight pro fixture with a 10K 150W HQI and 2 60W PC actinics. I am wanting more light as I have a small collection of SPS that are currently growing well, but the colours are not as bright as they could be.
I am thinking of buying a new electronic ballast and running a 14K 250 MH in the same fixture. I've heard this is possible to do.
Can some one help with past experience, opinons about this option or suggestions for another option?
I figure this would be the least expensive option and I already have the fixture hanging from the roof.
It is lighting a 36G bowfront that is 30" long and 21-22" deep.
