frozen fish food question

I use 4 or 5 types of frozen food, all in cubes, but i feed 2-3 cubes every two days, so i have to remember which ones i used and keep varying it, would it be ok to put it all into a bag, let it thaw, and mix it up, then refreeze it?

Not the best idea. There is raw animal tissue there and it would be subject to bacterial infection.
I wouldn't worry too much about variety. If you want, put all the cubes in a single bag and grab a few at feeding time like a bag of M&Ms.

I throw a pile of cubes on a cutting board (3-4 different kinds), cut them into 1/2s or 1/3rds with a chefs knife, then put in a Tupperware in the freezer. At feeding time, I just grab a few chunks, drop them in a small jar with some tank water, then distribute to my three tanks as necessary.

I have 8 in my main display, i usually feed extra for the duncan, two serpent stars and the other snails, can't remember their name. And then there's two fish in the other tank.
