Basically any seafood that is not fatty. I would only stay away from Tuna and Salmon. My favorites are peeled shrimp (cooked or not), scallopsand caned or fresh crab.

Whenever possible get it frozen or fresh so it is less likely to have preservatives, canned and dried does. Preservatives are not a big deal but I would try not to use it often, many have phosphates or nitrites added that may feed algae blooms.
