Frozen Food ??

dumb question, but how much freshness is lost if my rods food bag has a tear in it ??? exposing it to the air. do you still use it ??? i mean i did but should i? haha

I would imagine that the area right around the tear might get a little freezer burn over the course of a month but I doubt it will hurt it to much...I mean if you think about it do you really get all of the air out of the bag every time you re-seal it...I would concider placing it in a new ziplock bag that doesn't have a tear in it just to help keep it as fresh as posible
