I usually feed emerald tree green omnivore but PETCO was out today so I got Ocean nutrition Formula two. If you use the emerald tree it melts and there are chunks of things you can recognize. Formula two is like a strange spongy plastic cube. It does not melt or crumble it just holds its shape. I stuck it to a power head and it is still there 20 min later. So I would say don't buy if you are feeding frozen. Maybe I am doing something wrong. If anyone has had a better experience let me know. If you want what left of this package you can have it tomorrow.
