I have a virtually new 1/3 Hp Current USA chiller for sale for only $550.00. It does not include the controller, but if you need on I can get you one. You can also control it with a any of the Aquarium controllers like the AquaController or RKE. Pick up available in Irvine or Garden Grove. This is the model and specs.

Sizing depends a bit on how much you are trying to cool your tank. Here is a pretty good guide on sizing. jbjlighting.com/prod_chiller_size.asp http://jbjlighting.com/prod_chiller_size.asp I would not check the fan box, as I have never seen any fans that work that well in a enclosed canopy. The chiller is an extra one and I am down sizing the number of tanks I have.
