FS: 120 gallon with everything

I am aiming to upgrade and have decided to try and sell my current tank. Here are the specs:

*120 gallon All Glass tank 3/4' thick glass, 48' Long x 24" Deep x 24" Tall
*Corner overflow with single return enductor
*Stand is 44" tall - perfect for viewing the tank without bending down. Stand is stained wood (honey colored).
*Hood is 14" tall - matching stained wood
*55 gallon sump with 2 baffles
*Mag 9 pump - 6 months old
*2 x 250w Metal Halides with 2 sets of bulbs - Ushios 14k 6 months old, and Reeflux 10k 2 months old
*2 Lumenarc III Mini reflectors
*2 Icecap ballasts
*2 4" cooling fans in hood

$1200 for all of the above, or $1000 for tank, stand, hood, sump only (no lighting).

This is a nice tank. I have been to Aly's house many times. It is a perfect display with how you can walk up to it for viewing without bending. Great setup. Someone would be lucky to get it. I wish I had the $$$ but my hubby would kill me if I got another tank.
