Hi,
I have two tanks I need to get rid of as I finishing paring down the rest of my extra stuff.

-120g tank (4'x2'x2') with a glass-holes overflow (2x 1" bulkheads), some scratches that could be compounded, used, but guaranteed holds water and isn't totally beat up, silicone seals look excellent. I will include 2 bulkheads that are not pictured here. Please note that this tank could still use some cleaning, etc. - $150

-40B tank and metal stand, excellent condition, barely used - $90

Pics below.

Thanks!

Don't know about age. I didn't see a sticker on it but I'll check again. I bought it used but just got a good deal on a new 150.

yeah, 120 is really what i'm looking for, those exact dimensions, but I'm just concerned about age is all. I plan on this being a 5-10 year tank

The sticker was still on there: "4Q01".

The tank has quite a few light scratches/swirls, but you can't feel them with your fingernail, which is why is say this tank is actually a good candidate for compounding with cerium oxide (easy to get online).

The silicone seals look really great though.

I just don't have time for another project. I've had quite a bit of interest but it's still here. First come, first serve.

Thanks!

$120 on the 120
$80 on the 40B with stand

Looking to get this stuff out of my house. I can meet someone on the turnpike between wildwood and Orlando or I-75 between Ocala and Fort Myers, provided the timing works out with one of my trips (I end up in both of these places at least once a month).

Thanks!
Ed

Mike,
If it's still here by the next time I'm headed down there I will throw it in the truck. I am probably coming down either the 5th/6th or 12th/13th of December. Not exactly sure. The scratches are more towards the corners between the front pane and each side pane. They are shallower than a fingernail can feel, which is why I say they will buff out. It seems that someone just cleaned the tank with a non-aquarium friendly pad or something. They are more like swirls, though there are some deeper scratches on the bottom glass from rocks (but that shouldn't be a concern).

Hope that helps,
Ed

alright let me think about it. don't throw it in the truck just yet, the wife might get a bit mad if a tank just appears in the house without her prior knowledge! LOL
