Long story short... was going to start up a small frag tank, but only can have one tank.
Willing to reduce prices if you can offer some frags.

Brand new 24w 10k white. Installed and turned on once to see if bulbs were good.
Brand new 24w actinic blue. Ditto as above.
Spare 24w actinic blue- works but used for 9 months.

***Note I do not see a power cord coming out the box. The ballast is completely enclosed and no screws to open. Has metal tacks/rivots (?) keeping it closed.
I purchased this thinking that I would get into lighting and complete a DIY project but never did anything with it.
I am not a lighting or electrical expert.
