FS: 15 Gallon Tank

So I upgraded to a 40 breeder and took everything I wanted to keep out of this tank, now the rest is for sale. This tank is currently still running. It has been neglected in the past and now is covered in aiptasia and has some hair algae as a result. On the positive side you get some corals with this tank including a rock covered in about 15 ricordia, idaho grape monti cap, some greenish brown acropora and some misc. zoas.

Here's what you get:
Solana 150w MH disco ball pendant (has pheonix 14k bulb replaced in june)
or 30" Sundial 4x24 t5 unit (the bulbs need replacing but still turn on)
Aqua C remora hob skimmer
stand
mag float
maxi jet
clip on fan
plus corals mentioned earlier

I'd like to get $200 for everything

Parting out:
$150 for the pendant
$80 for the skimmer
$40 for tank and stand
$20 for ricordia rock
$10 for monti cap (wont be able to get it all in one piece)
$1-$1.50/lb for rock

How does the skimmer work? My Seaclone seems to just produce micro bubbles.

The ricordea rock is pretty much sold, I have 3 people lined up. Just to let you guys know the ricordea rock most likely has aiptasia on it, it aslo has a piece of the monti cap on it as well.

It doesn't pull a bunch of crap out but it does ok and doesn't put out an micro bubbles. If you do a search on them some people swear by them, some say they're ok, and some hate them.

Thanks. I can't tell if the last part is sarcasm or not, but if it isn't I just counted and there is definately a minimum of 15 individual polyps there and alot more mouths some polyps even have 3 mouths.

The zoas are going with the rock, I haven't seen them open fully for a while I'm assuming its because of the the aiptasia but I'm not 100% sure.

The ricordea rock, monti cap, and skimmer is all sold. The pendant is pending pick up for next week, but everything else is still available, I'd like to get this rock sold before the light. Does anyone have some berghia nudibranchs they're trying to breed? Maybe a hungry copperband?
