I have a used 20 gal tank ..that does no leak..it was painted blue ,but has been scraped.there is still some blue on edges..does not affect appearance .when filled .there are a few scratches not to noticeable with water ..
the stand and canopy have several coats of black paint then top with varnish..canopy could use touch, but is not visiable when use as display.. this is a very sweet tank..
the stands door has a stain glass with humming bird and frosted glass ,there is a shelf ..
