FS: 240 gal w/ stand and lights, live rock, sand

I'm moving into my new house in July an will be down-sizing tanks.

For sale:
Approx. 240 gallon tank and stand -- 7 feet long.

Aqua Medic lights (72" 4 x 250 watt MH, plus 4 x 39 watt T5) -- 6 feet long.

Live rock $3/lb.
Live sand free when you buy the setup or rock.

Tank/stand/lights/live rock/live sand will be available mid-July.
Corals/fish/inverts are not for sale.

how big is your tank exactly? mine is 7 foot by 23inches front to back and 26 inches tall and I figured it out to be only 220 gallons

I'll go measure it now.

7 foot by 24" x 25" = Approx. 218 gallons

It was sold to me as a 240, and I hadn't measured it until now.

I don't know. I don't think so.

I don't think I'll be selling the Koralias, since I'll be using them in my new setup. But I'll surely be getting rid of some of the sand.

i have a really nice 120, i have not set up yet . it is 4ft by 24in by 24in and has a caflo overflow done by aquatouch that cost 400 dollars. maybe you are interested in a trade .i think i would like to go bigger so i can keep some tangs that i want ..if you are interested we can come to some kind of agreement i am sure let me know.
