FS: 29G Oceanic BioCube Setup - Possible Part-out

Well I posted this thread yesterday, but it looks like it got lost. Story is I bought this whole from DarkFORCE on the forum here last year and have added more to it. Trying to save money for a house and don't want to move with it, so I need to put the hobby on the backburner for now. Might move up to a larger setup after I'm settled next year. For now, I'm hoping to pass this whole thing on to someone looking for a relatively cheap and low maintenance way to get their feet wet (or even just looking for a very well fitted QT setup). If no one bites on the whole setup after a couple of weeks I'll look to part it out.

If someone wants the whole setup, I'll pass it on for $650.

Part out prices:
$50 Mated pair of Maroon Clowns
$40 Large RBTA
$25 Small RBTA
You get whatever rocks the RBTA are attached to as well so we don't injure
them.

$35 40+ pounds of premium black/white live sand. lots of good critters in it
$140 All corals and 70+ lbs of ultra-premium fiji live rock. The corals are nothing special (basic zoos, toadstools, leathers, mushrooms), but the rocks are the best pieces kept from a 300 gal. tank build. About 45 lbs are in the tank and 25 lbs or so of larger pieces are submerged in another container.

Stuff that needs to wait for livestock/rocks/sand to sell:
$160 ReefKeeper 2 (will need a pH probe if I don't order one before this sells)
$100 150w Metal Halide Light: 12K Reeflux, Ballastwise dxe150hid1 ballast ($150 w/ DIY hood and 2x32w CF actinics)
$75 29G Oceanic BioCube w/ mod for rotating Koralia ($100 w/ DIY stand)
$100 Euroreef ES5-3 skimmer w/ gate valve mod and Sedra 3500 pump (skimmer housing cracked near hole for pump, doesn't seem to affect functionality. surely easily patched with silicon as well)
$100 Custom made sump/fuge designed to fit stand (see build thread: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1473802)
$75 CPR CS90 overflow box
$40 Auto Top-Off Setup
$15 Gen-X GX-2400 sump pump (635 gph rated)
$15 Koralia 1
$10 Aqualifter
$10 Temp. Controlled 150w heater
$5 Light used for fuge
$5 Fan used to keep system cool

$400 for tank/stand/hood/lighting/reefkeeper 2/sump together
$500 for all of the equipment
See build thread for pics of most items: http://reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1473802

Extra: $50 NEW OceanRunner 3500 pump (comparable to Mag 12 I think) Too powerful for this setup, so unused. Bought for around $90 on sale I think.

I have other odds and ends that I might be willing to part with. Cleaning supplies, barely used Salifert test kits, etc.

Sorry to those who've called dibs on items, please let me know what you want here again. If lots of stuff gets claimed and all the livestock/rock is claimed I'll part out early.

Here's what it looks like in the hood:

Would much rather part with the stand/hood/sump/lighting/reefkeeper 2 as a set since they are all made to function together or screwed onto the stand/hood.

Gotten enough interest in parting out that I just need to find a home for the large RBTA and a couple more equipment pieces to start parting out early.

Bondrake,
Is the oceanrunner a submersible pump or external only?
Thx.
It is submersible.

Have interest in most of the livestock, but person who wanted rocks/coral is now unable to get it. If someone wants the rocks/coral I'll be ready to start parting out. Make me an offer.

just letting you know, i was the one that emailed you before that got dibs on the aqualifter.

Got it, thanks for reminder.

Think I might have a buyer for rocks/coral. I'll let everyone who wants fish/anemones know when they're available. Once everything living is out of the tank I'll break down the equipment and let everyone know it is ready.

Last chance to claim everything will probably be Friday. Last chance to claim all of the equipment will be not long after that. From then I will just be parting out.

I haven't heard anything from rapture recently, so not sure if they want the rocks/coral still. I'm considering it still available now.
