Can each of the 4 timed outlets be adjusted separately? For instance, could I have 4 always on, 2 that turn on from 10am-1pm and 2 that come on at noon and off at midnight?

no. 4 are on all the time and the other 4 are adjustable as one if that makes sense. that's why I had 3,1 for my halides,1 for my actinics,and one for my moon lights
