4 bulb fixture in two banks. mix of whites and blues. i think i have an extra bulb or two also. Has a fan and moonlights, but I never use them and cut off the annoying power cords to not have two annoying hanging wall warts. I left enough cord so that they can wired back in place if desired. $70 OBO
